| Laurence Picken, a care worker employed by Kennedy Recruitment on a temporary basis for nearly 10 years, has won the “Agency Care Worker” category of the “One in a Million Award”. The award is bestowed annually by the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC) - the trade association for the UK’s recruitment and staffing industry. Laurence and 13 other category winners will attend a House of Commons reception on 4th June where the overall winner will be announced and presented with their award by Employment Minister, Pat McFadden.

Nursing Staff working within RVH The Royal Group of Hospitals have advised Kennedy Nursing that from the 1st March 2006 any agency nursing staff working at the hospital without a Kennedy Nursing ID Badge will be asked to leave and will not be permitted to work their shift.
